On airshuttle.one, we receive the following payment methods:
Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and Maestro.
Direct Bank transfer
In addition, MobilePay will be accepted from 15 April 2020 for Danish customers.
We ship all packages to Denmark with PostNord or GLS, and offer both package shop and home delivery. Abroad, we send with PostNord. The price of freight varies according to quantity/weight and the country to which the recipient must have delivered. We strive to deliver within 1-4 business days, unless otherwise stated under the product.
If you regret your purchase
If you are based in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at airshuttle.one. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you:
- Gets the last item in physical possession when it comes to an order for several different items ordered in one order and delivered separately.
- Get the last lot, or the last part, in physical possession in the case of a supply of a product consisting of several lots or parts.
- The first item is in physical possession in the case of contracts for the regular supply of goods over a specified period.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The message must be given by mail to. In your email, make it clear that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot cancel a purchase by simply refusing receipt of the item without simultaneously sending us an email about this.
Partial withdrawal of your purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not receive a refund of shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must incur the direct costs of returning the item. Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed in.
Condition of the item when you return it
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the item. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will receive only part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item. To receive the full amount of the purchase, you must test the item, but not use it in actual use.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us as a refund. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted before a refund.
If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount we have received from you, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we have received the item back. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless you have requested another form of payment that we support.

What should I send back?

If there is something wrong with the item (warranty)
The right of claim of the Danish Purchase Act applies to all purchases of goods. When you shop on airshuttle.one you obviously have 24 months warranty. This means that you can basically have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or discounted in price, depending on the specific situation. It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behavior.
How fast should I inform us?
You must inform us within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect.
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your shipping costs (please contact us before you return any items to agree on shipping method). The item is sent to:
When you return the item, please state in writing what the problem is with the item as detailed as possible. Please include a copy of the order confirmation or other proof of purchase.
Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs. Note! We do not receive packages sent per demand.
