When will I get my package?
The transit time depends on location and shipping products chosen.
Transit time in Europe is 3-5 days and 5-10 days for the rest of the world with PostNord premium service and a week more with the less expensive Postal Tracked product.
I Haven’t Received My Receipt Or Login Details?
What is the difference on Tracked Package and PostNord?
The Tracked Package is a postal service (kind of sending a large letter) to a reduced cost. It offers limited tracking, and no support or insurance.
The PostNord product is a traditional package delivery service with customer service and insurance included. It has a shorter transit time, but is far more expensive than tracked, in particular outside Europe.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to most countries in Europe and to selected countries like Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South-Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United States and Vietnam. Please contact us for shipment options to other countries.

We offer free shipping to selected countries like Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, and Sweden, for orders on minimum EUR 80,-
