The Badminton World Federation has issued a number of recommendations to the equipment used for AirBadminton. The most important is perhaps the information about the rackets and in particular the tension of the racket strings. It is recommended that players use a lower tension on maximum 8-9kg / 17.5-20lbs when playing AirBadminton, but also to use a string with a higher gauge (thicker string) as the base of the AirShuttle is fairly hard and can cause the string to break if thin and with hard tension.

Hi,
For our badminton club, we are looking for solutions to get activities out of containment.
I just have 2 questions :
1. are your air shuttles on stock and how much time does it take for delivery ?
2. Do you have recommandations for rules considering social distancing at playing Air Badminton ?
Thanks for your reply.
Kind regards
Hi Francoise,
The first one is easy. Yes, I have stock at the moment and I can ship your order tomorrow. Delivery time depends on location and service, but normally 3-5 days.
Number 2 is difficult, I think you need to get this advice from the health authorities in your country.
Regards
Mikael
Isn’t a lower gauge larger? This is the case in electrical cables.
